This is just a brief post to collect all my Medium posts from the last month in one place to make them more easily accessible. As I’m planning on trying to write more and get back to something like my old frequency of posting, posts like this should be a good way of letting me see how much I’m writing.

First post of the month was my public declaration of support for Jo Swinson in the Lib Dem leadership election:

Obviously a very influential post as she did go on to record a clear victory.

Next, I looked at conspiracy theorising and put forward my own idea that maybe there aren’t conspiracies behind everything, maybe there’s just arseholes getting lucky.

With Jo Swinson winning the Liberal Democrat leadership race and Boris Johnson being elected the new Conservative leader, I compared the relative positions of the two and their parties. (This post was curated by Medium in their World section)

The day after, when Johnson became Prime Minister, I looked at what this meant for Britain as a country, and how we’d retreated from seriousness into silliness.

Returning to theme of conspiracies and grand plans, I looked at whether some events were part of a “dead cat strategy” or just cock-ups.

And finally after a week (yes, it’s just been a week) of Boris Johnson as Prime Minister, I looked at just how far Britain has fallen away from seriousness and into childish petulance.
